HOUSING MARKET JULY 2008 MINNESOTA 13 COUNTY AREA.
The 13 county metro area housing market may strengthen in coming months according to Greg Bauman President of the st.paul area association of realtors. There were 4,462 pending sales in July 2008 verses 4202 July 2007.
That is an increase of 6.19 % from last year. Year to date sales pending are down by 7.61% . There were 28,915 pending at the end of a 7months period in 2007. Compared to 26,715 in 2008.
